International Federation of Women Lawyer (FIDA) Nigeria, Bayelsa branch is celebrating Mrs Rhoda Odumafor, a Senior State counsel, who prosecuted a case of a man who defiled two minors and got him sentenced to 13 years in prison.
The organisation posted her photos on their way to fluvial Face book page, reiterating it's commitment to fight against Child Abuse.
"We are all women in different platforms fighting for the sexually abused child in our society to get justice. Such Victories come on different platforms but all in all we are together.
This was the case for our own Rhoda Odumafor, a committed Fidan and a Senior State counsel who prosecuted a case of a man who defiled two minors age 6&9 and was sentenced to 13yrs imprisonment for rape and 3 yrs for indecent treatment both to run concurrently @ HIGH CRT 8.
In an excited mood hear her comments to her digital chairperson and our learned DPP:
"Thanks my role models. I love you . The inspiration is from both of you. God bless you both for me"
