Mother of 8 girls who was under pressure to give birth to a male child, welcomes 4 boys (quadruplets)

A mother of 8 girls who was under pressure to give birth to a male child, has reportedly welcomed quadruplets said to be 'all boys'. 

The Pakistani Twitter user and doctor @DrAlwaysRight who helped out in the delivery process, said she was rewarded with hugs and hand kisses by the lady's in-laws who were mounting pressure on her.
