'Clinton, Bush and Obama all failed with North Korea, I won't fail' - Donald Trump
President Trump is still tweeting about North Korea and its leader saying negotiating with them hasn't worked in 25 years, why will it work now. He then went on to say 3 presidents before him failed on the North Korea issue but he won't fail.
